FROZEN COMING OUT ON DVD AND BLUE-RAY!!!

Frozen is coming out on DVD on March 18!!! I'm a bit late on the memo....but Oh well, better luck next time! I already have it on my iTunes! Do you think it's worth getting on DVD??? On Amazon, it costs $19.96. In Target, it costs $24.99! Which is better??? I'm SO CONFUSED!
